Govinda Ghimire serves as the Operations Head of Highlander Trekking & Expedition, where he oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s trekking, expedition, and adventure travel operations. With more than 15 years of dedicated service at Highlander, he has become an integral part of the organization, ensuring that every journey is delivered with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Govinda combines academic knowledge with extensive hands-on experience in Nepal’s adventure tourism industry. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in trek logistics, itinerary planning, guide and porter management, transportation coordination, permit processing, and client support services.

Known for his strong organizational skills and calm problem-solving approach, Govinda plays a crucial role in maintaining the high operational standards for which Highlander Trekking & Expedition is recognized. His deep understanding of Nepal’s trekking regions, local cultures, and mountain environments allows him to effectively manage complex travel arrangements while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients.

With a passion for delivering memorable Himalayan experiences, Govinda continues to be a driving force behind the smooth operation of Highlander’s diverse range of trekking, cultural, and expedition programs.
