Radhe Shyam is a senior accountant who has been working here for more than 10 years. He is Responsible for administrative support, client coordination, and operational efficiency in daily travel and tour management. Radhe shyam speaks clearly, confidently, and politely with clients, vendors, and team members. He has completed his Bachelor’s degree. His deep experience and knowledge in the travel industry enables him to offer the best-in-class services tailored to each client’s needs.

Sumit Kunwar

Over 25 years of experience, Sumit Kunwar serves as the Managing Director, overseeing all company operations with dedication. His expertise enhances the team and manages the company with his skill and knowledge. He began his career at the age of 16 and has spent many years in Denmark where he completed his Master’s degree. Sumit shares every little detail to the tourist about traveling and help advice, making sure they felt excited, informed, safe and completely at ease for their upcoming journey. Due to his years of experience, he has developed a deep understanding of his field and makes informed decisions.

Warish Dharel

Over 10 years of experience in Highlander, Warish Dharel serves as the Managing Director, overseeing all company operations with dedication and expertise. His positive attitude, combined with his strategic thinking and approachable personality, not only makes him an attractive and smart leader but also inspires those around him to perform at their best. Currently, Warish is pursuing his master’s degree from Kathmandu Don Bosco College for continuous learning and professional growth.

Govinda Ghimire

Over 17 years of experience at highlander, Govinda possesses excellent communication skills and known for his hard work and dedication. He efficiently handles all the operations including arrival and departure of tourists. Govinda holds a bachelor’s degree from Patan Multiple campus. His commitment to providing excellent customer service and warm welcome has earned him the trust of both colleagues and clients alike.

Pratima Khadka

Pratima Khadka works as a sales executive at Highlander where she is responsible for handling the online bookings and sales related tasks. She is currently perusing bachelor’s degree at Kathmandu Don Bosco College where her academic performance is well-regarded. Her problem solving abilities and customer focused attitude her a reliable team member, her eagerness to learn and adaptability show great potential for growth within the company.

Pratik Adhikari

Pratik Adhikari is the Sales Manager at Highlander who has an integral part of the team for the past four years. He is highly supportive and responsible, particularly in managing online bookings and ensuring smooth communication with clients. His strong ability to work in a team has been a major asset to the company. Pratik holds a Bachelor's degree from Bishwo Santi College where he possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environment. Manita is a finance manager at Highlander where she consistently demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility in managing the organization’s finances.
