Dolpo

Lower Dolpo

Lower Dolpa is one of the most strenuous treks in Nepal with steep up and down hill paths crossing over two high passes of Numa La (at 5318 metres) and Baga La (at 5190 metres). This trek provides you variation of landscapes from green pastures to barren rocks, spectacular mountain views, visiting the deepest lake of

Nepal and exploring authentic Tibetan villages and their traditions. The trek is truly worth a try.

Dolpa lies in the Far Western part of Nepal. The region is one of the least visited places by both domestic and international tourists. The area is remote and physically difficult to trek because of high passes. Dolpo is one of the off the beaten destinations in Nepal due to its remoteness. Trekking in Dolpa gives you a lifetime experience of remoteness and Tibetan culture.
