With more than 25 years of experience in tourism and adventure sector in Nepal, Hari Dharel is the Managing Director of Fifty Plus Adventure.He has also been contributing to emergency rescue services for last 20 years as a Central Executive Member of Himalayan Rescue Association- a voluntary non-profit organization formed in 1973 to provide emergency rescue and evacuation in high altitude mountains and other challenging environment; provide critical medical support; organize medical camps and preventive education such as on Acute Mountain Sickness and awareness raising training for Nepalese and foreigners alike.
Dharel has been instrumental in identifying, opening and promotion of new trekking routes in different regions of Nepal.He is active in many social and humanitarian works such as supporting health and education in the impoverished communities and promoting environmental conservation in the Himalayan region.He was elected as the General Secretary of TAAN-Trekking Agents Association of Nepal

His expertise enhances the team and manages the company with his skill and knowledge. He began his career at the age of 16 and has spent many years in Denmark where he completed his Master’s degree. Sumit shares every little detail to the tourist about traveling and help advice, making sure they felt excited, informed, safe and completely at ease for their upcoming journey. Due to his years of experience, he has developed a deep understanding of his field and makes informed decisions.
Warish Dharel
Over 10 years of experience in Highlander, Warish Dharel serves as the Managing Director, overseeing all company operations with dedication and expertise. His positive attitude, combined with his strategic thinking and approachable personality, not only makes him an attractive and smart leader but also inspires those around him to perform at their best. Currently, Warish is pursuing his master’s degree from Kathmandu Don Bosco College for continuous learning and professional growth.
